Kelly Pennington

Kelly Pennington was born and spent most of her life in Tucker County. Kelly currently works with behavioral young adults to help pave the way for them to a brighter future. Kelly and the young adults she works with help with several community service projects in Tucker County. You may also see Kelly and her young adults behind the scenes at many community fundraisers. Kelly is committed to giving back to Tucker County all she has been given.
